Protein shakes Vs. LBA's

Well after reading mostly on here and not posting I figured I would get some of your opinons on this subject

Which is better your thoughts, and why?

Also I always see people posting that they eat 10-12 oz. chicken breast at on time..... I sont really know how they are eating eat but I boil all my chicken down to the bare. If I was to wat 12 oz. of chicken OMG that looks like a TON! But if its grilled it just dosent look like that much. So are they getting as much protein as they think?

I personally can't stand protein powders although I have had my fair share of them. I would rather drink my LBA's but to be honest which ever you choose your bound to get sick of them sooner or later. it comes and goes!

I like LBA's for the fact that I can have them and there is no full feeling. Real easy to get down on top of a meal or when I have no appetite. I use shakes a little but am kinda sick of them and like LBA's better personally.
 
I think I'm going to get some protein in the morning so its easier on me than cooking eggs and having alot of milk. Also take my LBA's in between my meals... It's awesome for on the go type of deal and being a college student its amazing; take a trip to my car to take a gulp and I'm good to go.

Sooo true....but when I drink it out of the bottle I keep thinking of that part in Super Troopers when he was chuging the syrup.....lol.
