Well after reading mostly on here and not posting I figured I would get some of your opinons on this subject
Which is better your thoughts, and why?
Also I always see people posting that they eat 10-12 oz. chicken breast at on time..... I sont really know how they are eating eat but I boil all my chicken down to the bare. If I was to wat 12 oz. of chicken OMG that looks like a TON! But if its grilled it just dosent look like that much. So are they getting as much protein as they think?
