Proviron or Nolvadex, what's better?
Whats better, and what are typical doses for somebody who weighs 225lbs.? I can't afford Arimidex, so its one of those two to choose from. What do you professional bber's think? Thanks for all replies.

Well here is my cycle, and when, and what doses would you recommend. Because of cost, I will choose 1 of the 2.

Week 1-4, d-bol 30mg./day
Week1-4, Sust 500mg/wk.
Week 5-12 Sust 250, Cyp. 500mg/wk.
Week 3-12 Winny Depot 50mg./ e.d.


I know I probably should of frontloaded the test but things got screwed up, long story.

I have found that for an anti-E, Nolvadex will beat Proviron hands down. Even though some people use Proviron for an anti-E, I dont see the point in using it for this reason if Nolvadex or Arimidex is readily available.

I agree with the other posts......If you want estro management choose Arimidex from RY!!! It's affordable and quick!!

If you have specific problems for gyno and have limited funds .....choose Nolvadex. It's designed to target breast tissue sites.

Proviron is good if you have a finicky sex drive and want to put some extra wood in your pecker.....chuckle. Your drive can be affected by many different factors (including Estrogen)...but proviron should help fix. However, I wouldn't use it specifically for estro management.

I know Arimidex is the way to go but the price is a little outrageous @ $8 a pill. I figured for a 3 month cycle it would cost $720. Way too much money. I hear they have generic stuff, but I'm sure its probably not that much cheaper. I will probably go with the Nolva. I like the wood aspect of the Proviron, but I need an anti-ester. How do you guys commonly cycle Nolva for a cycle like mine?

I love Proviron. I use 4 tabs per day every cycle. Not being prone to gyno, I can't tell ya how effective it is as an anti-e. I just take it for the hard full look it gives the muscles. Especially at that dose.

For Gyno
Vets/mods please verify my assumptions for Gyno prevention.

Nolvadex is better for preventing gyno but must be taken daily to work best. If you are not using anything and get gyno symtoms, Proviron works very well to reverse Gyno symptoms.

Both "hinder" gains from AAS. That's one of reasons Anastrozole is much better plus it prevents bloat.

Nolvadex will help you with your gyno but, it will also clog up your receptors and compete w/ the gear to get to them. Arimidex just stops it completly. And to ironone1, $8 a pill, SHIT I think there is someone on this board that has it for half that price. He is a real big good looking guy..hehehhehee
