Pudzianowski Diet Real or Lies?

I was reading his Wiki Page and I found a section outlining his average day diet. I find it hard to believe.

Strongman Diet

Unlike many bodybuilders, Pudzianowski is surprisingly liberal with his diet and is often seen tucking into chocolate, ice cream or burgers.[24][25] On one of the World Stongman events shown on TV, as well as in an interview for MTV, Mariusz when asked about diet said: "I eat everything. I do not follow any particular diet. I eat anything I want, anytime I want".[26]

My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and two to three pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy. In the morning, it will be several 3 Musketeers and/or Snickers bars; I need them for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 PM, is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes. An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate. Dinner is whatever meat I can grab--steaks, pork chops, bacon--plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. At 9 or 10 PM, I work out again. Afterward, I have a protein shake and more chocolate. At 3 or 4 AM, I wake up and have more chocolate, then go back to sleep until morning.[27]

Ive seen this before in a magazine minus the waking up at 3am part. But I wouldnt doubt it he obviously has superior.genetics

I worked at a max muscle when i was 19-20 in Laguna Niguel CA. The owner of the store did strong man, and highland games. His wife was in charge of all the people sponsored by metrx. So Pudz came in for a showing, we went to a steak house after hahaha. He ate everything. Ice cream anything that was in front of him. During the two days there I saw him eat nothing but crap. He also has a black belt in karate i believe. He said he was hired by the mafia there where he came from to bounce at one of their clubs when he was just 18-19. Pretty crazy guy.

obviously has great genetics...and he said he could do the splits hahaha.

sure I believe it. At least back in his strongman days. Back then, yea sure why not? calories = growth. I really doubt the quality of protein and carbs makes a difference when it comes to building muscle. I usually shake my head when I see "grass fed this, grass fed that" or organic foods are what you need for better growth. It's all the same for the most part in the long run. I am guessing he avoids fat gain from HGH and AAS with fat burning properties. Also, considering his size and intense workouts, there is a chance all his calories aren't enough to put him too far over maintenance.

Now in MMA, I would assume he fixed his diet up with the help of nutritionists.

I'd believe the large amounts of HGH & Gear as well as super genetics keep the fat off him...I mean if You look at his MMA fights he is about 40lbs lighter & now drug tested...hmm:confused:

Boy, are you ill-informed. Apparently, natural CLA, natural Omega-3s and higher levels of natural vitamins and minerals are a waste of time?

Not to mention the GREAT TASTE!

Factory farmed beef sucks, not just for health reasons. To each their own.

I agree. Grass fed beef definitely has it's benefits but I do often wonder if it's worth the extra cost.

Exactly brother, AND IN THE LONG RUN...IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! In the short run it may not matter much. And another thing if his diet is that shitty, 99.9% of people could not get away with that no matter how much hgh or aas they took. If his diet is that shitty it is 100% phenominal genetics, and i tell you if he ate the way he should; then he would be a totaly different animal. bet that!

I wouldn't doubt it. With the sheer amount of LBM and walking around weight he has, amount of drugs, and very hard training, he could easily get away with eating anything.

See that's the problem. People get used to inexpensive food and then hesitate to pay the amount it is supposed to cost.

There's a very good reason why factory farming exists, to make more money and provide cheap food.

The FDA and USDA probably say to themselves, "forget about selling health boosting food the way God intended, let's sell unhealthy food and make billions of dollars in the process. When people become sick from this "food" then we can cash in again selling them our pharmaceutical drugs to "cure" what ails them"!

If you don't believe this is how the government operates concerning our food supply, you'd best wake up.

do you really think your body will look any different if you did that instead of just used regular versions of those foods? I am not saying those things you listed are a waste of time, but from the standpoint of your physique, I highly doubt it will make a difference. Very few people worry about their food being grass fed or organic, yet almost all huge guys don't bother with that stuff in their diets.

Is it better for your health wise? maybe, but probably not enough to extend your life much longer. example: Marius eats pure junk for his diet, and he is huge with abs

of course this is all my broscience, but it makes more sense than thinking grass fed beef is the short cut to a better body

I agree. NONE of the higher end individuals I know are caught up in this "grass fed" stuff. It does show benefits for HEALTH reasons imo but NOT for bodybuilding. 1 pounds of steak (same cuts) regular vs "grass fed" are going to have the same results on one's physique IMO.

Marius can get away with the junk though as his caloric output is insane especially with the amount of LBM he carries.

You guys just don't get it. Muscle building is optimized when your health is in top condition. The healthy you are, the easier it is to gain muscle.

If you don't believe me, so be it. Ignorance is bliss.

yea i beleive it

i myself eat over a block of chocolate a day n maintain abs

i have no doubt marius on the boatloads of gear hes on, combined with his genetics and training regime eats like that

i mean lets face it, hes a strongman not a bodybuilder, why would he care if his abs are showing or not

besides that, with the amount of calories he would have to eat i think hed find it near impossible to eat pure clean, so junk it is

agree

muscle building might be optimised when your healthy, but in all fairness with the extra cost of grain fed food, organic etc etc i cant justify it

id rather by the cheaper stuff, and with the money i save go by myself a few more vials or test and tren,

i hate seeing guys preach organic foods are healthy and better for muscle building wen they run grams upon grams of anabollics a week, (alot of IFBB pros tend to do this), lets face it, they didnt get to there size eating oatmeal

ive got to say its quantity over quality when it comes to bodybuilding food, how the hell can you afford to eat all organic grass fed meat, plus gear, plus general living costs

for the average bloke, weighing 250plus it would cost an absolute fortune...

and of course its bullshit, just like when i used to spend 100's on bottled water when i competed as a jnr, never again, tap water all the way these days, and not a spot of difference either

Agree with you on the cost of the so called organic. One of my family members wife has been on that kick for a little over a year. Hes balloned up in the stomach area and she's had stomach ailments every since. Make me wonder what reallys in organic.

Your ignorance on this topic is mind numbing.
