1) 5Lb dumbell kickbacks for 2 (with 3 forced reps)-with my lifting belt cinched tight and my knee wraps on for extra support
2) the pink lady dumbells for a set of 4 for dumbell curls-I do these with a powerlifting suit on and chalk up
3) side laterals for delts with 2.5 plates for 4 (with 63 forced reps)
4)shrugs--with a broomstick for 5 and then I keep shrugging my shoulders and saying "i dont know" without a broomstick till I burn out
5)cable crossovers with 10lb plate to accentuate the outer upper quadrant of stanchion 36B of the pectoral (I do these with daisy dukes on and shirtless with suspendars that cover the nipples)-chicks dig it
6)chins with the assisted chin machine, but I use the whole weight stack and then attach 4 hundred lb plates hanging from it with chains to get about 650lbs of help for a hardcore brutal set of 3 (and a half) or I just call it pi-
7)back thickness-I open a door 5 times with each lat
8)quads--sissy squats or lunges across the gym floor with nothing but workboots and a thong on (using the 2.5lb dumbells)
9)hamstrings-I put the fuzzy anklet on over my legwarmers and do glute kickbacks off the bottom pulley of the cable crossover for 6 hardcore reps (no forced reps because I cant seem to get a spotter to help me with that)
10)calves-my tap dance class takes care of those
On saturdays I go down to the local mall with either a wrestling singlet or posing trunks on and shave down, oil up and do most musculars and bicep shots in front of "Hotdog on a stick"--people curse and throw stuff at me but I know in my head that they are just "haters and cant keep it real"
