In the U.S. you have to go through NPC. As for your second question, I am not sure. Some years back there was this guy who competed here (in california), and then a few years later he was competing at a pro show. He earned his pro card in some other country, it was his home country i asume.
if you dont have us citizenship you can still compete in the npc?
As far as I know if you can compete in the IFBB World championships and win your class you get the pro card.
Let's say you do an NPC show in Colorado, Michigan, NY, or any other NPC how that offers a Pro Card, if you win your class and overall you get the card don't you??
