I want everyone's opinion on this including a pro if possible!!! . Ok so what is the better scenario with protein intake:
300 grams of protein EVERYDAY (work and non workout days)
250 grams of protein on OFF days and 350 grams of protein WORKOUT days???
Just say for a 5'7" 200lb guy with around 11-12% bodyfat ?
First: Is it better to stay more consistent with protein intake OR is it better to lower intake just a bit (still at least 1 gram per lb) on OFF days and then jack it up really high on WORKOUT days?
Second do you guys think that is enough protein per day for those stats? Too much? Not enough?
