Question About IGF Levels

Hi, so when I was 16 I was diagnosed with Acromegaly or Gigantism. (Same disease Andre the Giant died of)

The biggest thing with the disease is that you have elevated Growth Hormone levels. When I've tested in the past with my endocrinologist, my IGF-1 Levels are usually 700-720, while my testosterone is on the very very low side.

So my question is, since I've had such high IGF-1 levels, does that mean, done correctly, I can gain more muscle than the average guy doing the same amount of workouts?

Usually it's a tumor on your pituitary that causes this.

Did you have that removed?

yes, I've undergone two surgeries. The first one they removed most of the tumor, second time they went in to remove scar tissue and realized that part of the tumor is in the sinus cavity which is inoperable.

Did you test your igf-1 and testosterone levels again after the tumor was removed?
