question about resistance bands

Hey ill be going on ship soon looking to order some resistance bands. Easy to pack and i want to make sure i will have something to work out with..

I dont have much experiance with bands do you guys know where would be a good place to order some from and what kind? thanks in advance

EliteFTS has some awesome blast straps for on the go type training. Look into those.

i have used them with dumbells to change the type of resistance....they work very well in this aspect!!!

I travel with something similar for times when I can get to a gym.

would highly recommend to work on the rotator cuffs. attach one to a door handle pull away from the door handle with your body still and your elbow in. helps prevent injury in this all too vulnerable area.
