How long did you wait to start training back to 100%? I'm going to doc tomorrow for two week check up and everything feels better than ever so I'm going to ask him the same question but I know he is going to be cautious and tell me to wait prolly at least six weeks. That's not going to happen, but Im not trying to hurt myself again either. I'm going to avoid real heavy squats and deads for awhile, but don't see any reason I can't do everything else as usual. What do you guys think?
