I plan on running my next cycle with both of these along with some basic gear but a little unsure on how to run both of these together thru out the course of the day to get the best results. I have been using GH for the past year and have used IGF-1 by itself 2 years ago but never combined the two. I was going to set up my schedule like this:
800 am: 4 iu GH ( Meal 1)
1000 am : Workout
1100 am: 5 iu Humalog ( meal 2 post workout)
1200am: 25 mcg IGF-1
800pm: 25 mcg IGF-1
1200pm: Bed time ( meal 7)
I am not sure if I should take the GH with my first meal of the day or on an empty stomach? I have been running it mid afternoon in between meals for the past few months but not sure if I should change that around with the IGF-1 being added. I have found no literature to confirm either way for best results. Same goes with the IGF-1 I have found nothing to confirm whether it is better to take on an empty stomach or not. I feel I get better results when I run the GH in the morning or afternoon as compared to before bed injection. 50 mcg of t-3 will be added daily and I plan on running the GH for 8 more months daily but the IGF-1 will be run 3-4 weeks on and 2-3 weeks off for the next 8 months also. Gear will be run 6 on 3 off as this has worked the best for me in the past. Any suggestions as the daily schedule would be appreciated.
