If you hit a stagnant spot on an excercise and switch to a similiar exercise which you are weaker on but can make progress, will you get bigger? For example say someone could squat 385 for 5 sets of 5 and then hit a stopping point. He switches to front squats for 275 for 5 sets of 5. Even though he is lifting less weight with the front squats, will he grow?
