Why should I massage so vigourosly the site after injecting syntherol? Is it to evenly spread the liquid throughout the entire area?

yup...and to prevent lumps
 
And lumps create scar tissue.
 
Thanks for answers, no lumps whatsoever yet, so I'll keep massaging as I increase the inj.volume. Very happy with everything so far.
