First off I would like to throw a congratulations out to you for the placing at the jr nats, looked great. I have a few questions, (1) I know you were a carb cycling guy and during the offseason you really don't stress that, BUT for your last contest did you carb cycle or do the low carb diet. I bought both your manuals. (2) With your new training I saw your split, how many sets per bodypart are you doing per workout now that you aren't DC'ing? (3) I know you are a TRUE PROTEIN athlete, but with the price of whey going up do you have an opinion on ALRI's supplement Humapro? (5) Do you get the mix of whey/casein together or just mix Whey cold isolate and Micellar? Sorry for the extensive questions. I tried not to get to technical, because I know you get paid for this, but again I think this is pretty basic in general. I plan on doing my first contest in 13 weeks. I only been kicking this around for 20 yrs. haha.
