Hey all,got another question this time regarding cardio,i usually go for my walks first thing saturday morning on a empty stomach when i wake up,roughly do 20-30 min of walking at a decent pace.
Is it best to do this on an empty stomach and should i do these walks after my workouts or stick to doing them first thing in the mornings? im looking at increasing the amount of cardio i do weekly,to maybe 3 times a week,cheers.
