Quick estrogen question?

I won't have any anti-e till late next week. The problem I have with estrogen are the effects it has on my mind and emotions. I'm grumpy and day -dreaming all day.
Is there anything that I can get over the counter to lower estrogen? I've read clomid can help with gyno.. Can it help with this?

I don't have any GREAT advice on how to lower estrogen, but if you're moody and grumpy because of high estrogen, try taking some Pamprin or Midol.

Sounds funny, but I'm serious. It's what I do when estrogen gets too high for me, and it definetely works to even out my mood.

Read my post, dipshit, I said nothing about Pamprin or Midol controlling estrogen.

What I did say is that it will help smooth out the mood swings associated with high estrogen levels, which is what the OP described in his first post.
