Quick Keto, refeed/depletion question

I've been going keto all week with a refeed on Sunday. I lift 4 days a week, pretty heavy with medium - low reps. I've never incorporated a depletion workout before, but I'm wondering if I should throw one in Sunday morning right before I start my refeed? Some days I go for very heavy singles/doubles (training for powerlifting) and I'm wondering how depleted I really am by the end of the week since my workout volume is fairly low.
 
Even if your volume of your workouts are low, if your following a true keto diet than your going to need the refeed day...Trust me, otherwise you will start to lose muscle, and your metabolism will start to slow down
 
I know I need the refeed day. My question was, would a depletion style workout be of any benefit first thing tomorrow morning before I start my refeed? You'd think right before taking in massive amounts of carbs would be the perfect time to lift.
 
Well if your up for a depleting type of workout after not eating carbs all week, than go for it..But I dont think it would make to much of a differance in your refeed...Try it both ways and see how it goes...I personally dont worry about trying to deplete myself on fridays workout for my carb up day...Im pretty depleted anyway....So I dont see the need for doing that...but that is me...
