ok, regarding pwo shakes.
for along time now i have been having half my shake 10mins beofre and during workout (1 scoop protein, 50g carb - malto, oj), and the ohter half pwo (1 scoop protein, 150g carb-malto, small fruit)
now my question - is having my 50g carb and spiking my insulin during workout going to make my insulin leves crash by the time i have my big pwo shake of 150g malto? even if i am sipping it slowly throughout the workout? can an insulin spike be sustained that long?
