I enjoyed watching this... though for some reasons I ended up with a certain feeling of melancholia when I was done...

Competitive BB is so tough... your whole life, year round non-stop 24/7, revolving around the sport for (best scenario) being allowed by complete strangers with often hidden motives (judges) to hit a 3 min long posing routine in a night show you're not even sure to qualify for when you first get there in the morning for pre-judging...

Lose and repeat for one more year and probably many years to come.

Well... he seems to enjoy the process and find fun in it... after all, it's all that matters.

Lol truth. Everyone has there own agenda why they compete or bodybuild.

I think it's much easier to love bodybuilding when your in a good place in your life to do it stress free and it's pretty much all you have to do.

I've noticed for me it's always been easy to get to the gym and blast heavy weight, now as I'm getting older and I've started my own family I find it increasingly hard to justify bodybuilding and I'm finding less enjoyable these days.

He goes to my gym sometimes. He has a great physique, but in the gym he comes off as a douche. He may be a great guy for all i know. I just don't have the time to talk to some random physique pro and let him tell me all about his "Olympia" prep
