Hey guys I was squating yesterday and got to thinking about my squat form and how it may be hurting my weight and reps.
When I squat I go all the way down where my hams and calfs meet and thats what stops me from going any lower , my work out partner does about a level sqaut maybe a little less but he can do several more reps that me.
I'm just wondering if not stopping at say level is causing me to loose reps due to more range of motion or what not.
Oh forgot to mention that I get alot of knee pain when I try to stop short of a deep squat thats why I haven't tried to compair
