More so rate whats in them. I picked these up in the 75% off bin today at the Vitamin Shoppe. They had TONS of items clearanced. Who cares if they are about to expire lol. I bought tons of 30g protein bars for $.50 a piece, but here are 2 items I bought after reading the contents and frequently seeing the ingredients recommended on forums lately, especially during cycles.
Country Life "Amino Relaxer"

Primrose Liquid Gold which contains these fatty acids per serving:
Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA)(Omega-6) 225 mg
Linoleic Acid (Omega 6) 1850 mg
Oleic Acid 175 mg (Omega 9) 185mg
I found them at dirt cheap, and since ive been reading alot about them so finding them for 75% off retail was great. anyways, let me know your opinions
