Recently just took a shot of sustanon 250 in left delt, its the second day and my arm has a huge know on it, however it is not warm to the touch nor do i feel sick or anything, any suggestions on what to do or what it could be?

just give it time. is this your first time using sust? i used it on 2 cycles and it pretty much kills. knots up nice, but i learned to deal with it. i even pinned my quad and then couldn't walk for a day. sucked....

To me, knots in my delts are not uncommon.
Everything from injecting too close to the surface area, injecting too fast or too much can cause this in any area you inject with any substance.
Keep it checked, and dont freak out !

This is not uncommon. Give it some time(couple days) or so. Many of us have experienced bumps and soreness at injection sites. There are many factors that can contribute to this. No warmness to the touch is always a good sign. Don't panic but do keep an eye on it and watch for a fever or spreading of the lump. Those are good signs of infections and if that should occur have it checked out by a doctor immediately. But I've personally have had this happen especially at injection points on the arm. It can be sore for awhile while lifting and even when not. There are dozens of threads posted about this if you use the search engine for PM. Also for future usages do some research on sterilization methods if you can (and always use them). Just trying to help out but some of the long term guys may want to give some advice as well. My opinion is watch it and always be safe then sorry. Like I said though it is really common and can be typical soreness or can be serious so use your best judgement and if you catch it early enough you have nothing to worrry about.

re: How i feel

WEll its now 1:45 I have taken some advil. I have a slight fever, along with some chills, but it has become better and some of the swelling has gone down. But there is some redness.

i honestly think that the "chills/fever" that you're experiencing now would be sust flu....i've had that before, too. kinda sucks but will pass in about 12-18 hours. take some tylenol every 4 hours for a low grade fever...

Next time try warming up the oil first. My very first sust inject made me walk with a limp for days. A buddy of mine told me to warm it up every time and BINGO, almost never had it hurt again. I also cut it with a little grape seed oil and it's virtualy painless every time.

A knot without redness or being warm to the touch is nothing to really worry about. They tend to stay around for a couple weeks and go away on their own. Just don't pin that spot anytime soon. You'll be fine.
