I'm currently doing the trimming down thing, my main reason is for Ju-jitsu/submission fighting. I've always played football, so the extra mass was a good thing, but I've started training grappling about 4 months ago and am planning on going competative, on the amateur level of course. I started at 325-330 w/ 19.5% b/f. I am currently down to 300 and 15.7% b/f, my goal is to compete at 285-290 so weight-wise I don't have far to go, but ideally I want my b/f to be down around 10% or less.
Currently I've only been using clen (using the benadryl method to prevent receptors being all bound up) and some fat-burners. Diet wise I am eating clean, keeping protein high, and cutting out simple carbs.
I currently lift 4 days a week doing 30-45mins of cardio on 2 of my lifting days, alternating w/ ab workouts. Additionally I train 3 days a week for the grappling.
I have done several cycles in the past ranging from simple to very high dose multi-compound cycles, as of now I've been off for just under 2 years. I'm thinking that a Prop/suspension and EQ stack would be benficial to aid in dropping weight while maintaining lean mass and gaining strength. I've had great success cutting in the past w/ prop/susp and masteron stacks, but cannot get masteron in injectable form any more.
