right now im at 176lbs at 5'7 and my last show im competed at 153lbs. I hope my next show im closer to the drop off of 165lbs. thanks for the comment.

thanks everyone. my goal is to reach 185 or 190 and be as close to 165 drop off as i can. at my height i think i should be ok
