i here youre haveing cream before yuore work outs i would stop that shit quick smart,to me it looks like youve goten fatter,1.start prioritising youre calves shoulders and tris,STOP playing the mass game its not working for you,you say you take 400mg test a week chuck some var or stonazol in there,at this stage chuck the heavy lo volume in the bin up the vol, go for pump and exhauste the muscle with reps and sets 15 -20 big body parts ect,do youre cardio ,old fella you know what to do,shock people with conditioning,i whant to see you win that comp youre talking about ,but youre of track at the moment .
