I'm thinking of cutting all meat way down generally, and and just subbing it for Whey/casein. Lean ground beef whenever I get stringy, if I must.
I just don't seem to digest meat well, and get all watery and bloated in the days following.
I'm sick right now, FEEL like terrible shit. But been just eating casein/whey and potatoes and rice, veggies and LOOK best I have in weeks. Makes me wonder....
