Red Reishi / Ganoderma Lucidum

At SF show last weekend i was with Kris Dim and we were discusing some supplements and benefits of it to kill out time sitting outside in the boot
He told me about Ganoderma / Reishi mushroom and benefits of it. Hes taking it and says its great stuff.
Anyone else takes this stuff? I just got it and am going to take it.
