try it for yourself first. on a Saturday; eat your regular carb meals; and either add more carbs at that day or go out and have anything you want; carbs preferably then see how your body reacts. Are you losing weight as usual; is it not working and it’s just slowing down your fat loss?
Weigh next Saturday and see what the scale and the mirror says.
I “cheat” every Saturday. I eat 3 out of 5 meals then go out and have whatever I want from 6 to 12 and it’s been working well. everyone’s metabolism is different
