Relationship between estrogen and serotonin?

I recently tanked my E2 too low and it made me depressed and very lethargic and lowered my libido. What is the relationship between estrogen and serotonin?

Serotonin and NorEpiehrine are released during exercise, in a fasted state, I wanna say these two Neurotransmitters are released at a more sustained (longer duration) signalling.

this is a good example of how low or high E2 with progestins can cause a lot of compounded mood/depression issues. I make an effort to ensure that my test dose keeps my T and E2 in normal range so that when I add anabolics to it, specifically progrestins, I won't feel depressed/aggressive..not to mention the libido element.
