Should i take the same amount of protien during a rest day, as during a training day?? Should i take the same amount of supp. also (creatine/glutamine/multivit)?

dude you have to be kidding after all the posts you put up on eating everyone here has answered that before look atleast 2g per pound of bw and try for more every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You grow when you rest, not when you train! So you have at least as much protein in the days you don't train as well.
