Not meaning to hijack your thread but its a good idea to get cholesterol levels checked every 6 months or so. I just got mine done and they were high. I'm a young guy also. It was suprising cause I get plenty of exercise and I dont eat out but once or twice a week. I dont know what this guy died of but mike matarazzo just had heart surgery. It seem slike a lot of bro's are having heart trouble and I think most of it can be prevented.

I remember Charles from the first time I competed in the North American in 99'. He won the Lightheavy class, Troy Alves took 3rd and I was like 5th or 6th. In my opinion he should have beat Mike Morris for the overall. Great Bodybuilder. Very Sad!
WELL. I KNEW CHARLES.. HE WAS A GREAT GUY.. one continuous cycle with out regard to watching fats ect will cause problems if you have a history of family heart problems.. you have to watch your diet when on.. keep cholesterol in check.. if ya dont, you could develop problems later..
Please remember, however, that if you aren't making a conscious effort to impact your health through your diet and other means, you are ASKING for this very thing. Take control of your health instead of just throwing around the weight, downing the food and gear in a quest for size. I know not everyone does this but I get sick of hearing things like "my cholesterol is sooo high should I come off of my cycle?". WTF?? No, you don't have to come off but at least do your family the courtesy of making your funeral arrangements.
ADD: I just want to add that I know plenty of guys who have been on for years, straight, and have beautiful blood profiles. I know one guy in particular that has been on almost 5 years and with the exception of slightly elevated blood count, everything looks great, as it has every 6 months.
The thing is, this cat has a flawless diet and is careful in both dosing of gear and is meticulous with the diet. It is a small sacrifice when you think about it.
Phil: As usual, your advice is great but as you know, it will be dismissed by 95% of the guys that read it. No disrespect to anyone over this. It is just the way things go for some reason.
