dude has a habit of bouncing and not locking out, but theres a video on his
page of 455 with a 10 sec pause - its retarded. gym lifts are not the same as meet lifts nor does he claim them to be. Also watched a 315 x 28 vid from a while back. again, sloppy - but not bullshit.

To TB - Mr bigswole there has some great suggestions. You are strong as fuck my friend - no doubt about it - and I'm sure you will hit that big total youre looking for. Like to see you do it sooner rather than later.
