With changes to my work schedule, I have changed my training split to:
Mon- off
Tues- chest, biceps, abs
Wed- off
Thur- back, traps, calves
Fri- off
Sat- delts, triceps, abs
Sun- quads, hams, calves
I have also made some changes to my diet, dropped carbs and bit and raised fats. Trying a more Palumbo/MD style of eating for a while
