Road to the National title... first one of my two March shows

First show I've entered since my last one in November 2006... been a while Crazy how time goes by so fast

Well... back to the topic

Last saturday were held in Paris The IFBB MR FRANCE 2008 North Semi-Finals.

Weighted in at 234 lbs on Friday (still a little under 5'9''), and was probably 3-4 lbs lighter the day of the show.

I still haven't received a lot of pics (should hopefully in the next few days), but here are a few taken by friends.

The results... I won ... which tells you how poor the level is over here compared to the US

Here we go anyway...

Congrats Phidias! Quit being so damn hard on yourself, you lookk fantastic. One thing that really stands out to me is the thickness of your chest and the width of your back. It looks like you could fly with that back.

A little more tightening up and your going to be extremely hard to beat.
