That is very amazing and inspiring. We could all hope to look half that good when we are that age. A lot of people in there 60's and 70's don't even start working out until they are that age, when their doctor tells them it will be good for them. So you have all these older people in the gym lying around on machines and doing some moves they made up

...now I have something to work towards in the next 6 years. I hope to be posting pictures like that of me when the time comes. 6 years gives me plenty of time to clean things up.

Not to take anything away from Robbie. But if we're giving age a praise, here is one very impressive old fart. He is a very good friend of mine that I sponser. He's 76 in this picture and still competing today at 81. He's been undefeated in Europe, Australia and here in the USA for the last 11 years. He has over 400 first place trophies in ABA, INBA & NPC.

He's been working out at my gym for 10 years. He comes in 5 days a week like a clock.

...and a good friend of Karl's and one of my favorite bodybuilders at age 65 - Serge Nubret. And again Serge below at age 55 here in town with my friend Karl (picture taken before I started training Karl). These two guys have been the two most personal inspirations for me to hit it hard in my 50's.
