Rumor of Markus Ruhl being out of NY Pro...any truth to this?

I have heard from some friends who visit other boards that Ruhk had torn his lat and will be skipping the NY Pro...can anyone confirm??? I really hope this is false, i had him winning the show after seeing his photos from2 weeks out.

The highly anticipated return of the "German Giant" Markus Ruhl after a spell in Retirement is nearly here! Markus has embarked on an All out Assault for the New York Pro Title!
He was seen recently Guest Posing in Europe and looked nothing short of amazing considering it been a couple years since his last contest!
While the sport has seen the rise of Kai Greene, Phil Heath, Dennis Wolfe & Victor Martinez along with the inclusion of fresh meat in the form of Evan Centaponi and Tarek Elsetohoui, Markus welcomes the challenge of the New York Crowd whom he is eager to please!
Markus had grown abit weary of the Judging, decided to get married, open a gym and settle in to a life without competition but sadly, the call of the wild beckoned him back to the stage and he has chosen New York to be his Battle Ground!
While Markus is a bit short on words, he makes up for it in Muscle Mass. This BEAST will stomp on the stage at no less than 280lbs and will arguably be the Biggest Competitor on the stage who will command the biggest response from the Fans!
Come May 16th, will the Judges see it the same way and if they do, will we see Markus continue the Comeback in September at the Mr. Olympia to go out with a bang?
Dont miss the upcoming return of Markus Rhul as he tries one last time to please the Crowd, he claims this will be his last show but I have a feeling the Fans wont let him go away again that easy.

damn nobody deserves to tear a lat,,, man i partially tore my left lat a year ago and i havent deadlifted over 220lbs since, im to afraid to rip it again, and i often hear small mucscle fiber torn if i just stretch it 0,0001 inch to much.

Ive torn muscle before and to me it sounds like a t-shirt ripping. A guy about 20 feet away could hear my quad tear once when I was doing a set of heavy squats. He thought I had torn my pants because it happend at the bottom of the movement where its all stretched out.
