Ok I know it's not chocolate cake but salmon is one of my favorite dishes, This recipe is really simple and tastes great , loads of protein and good fats too.
REQUIRES
1 LARGE EGG WHITE (use 2 if small eggs)
1 LARGE TIN OF BEST SALMON FILLET
1/4 OF A SMALL ONION AS FINELY CHOPPED AS POSSIBLE
1 TEASPOON OF CHOPPED PARSLEY
1 TEASPOON OF VINAGAR (WHITE)
PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
PINCE OF CHILLI PEPPER ( hotter the better for me )
DASH OF SOY SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
beat the egg white until it thickens, then add the salmon and mix down to as fine as possible. Then add the parsley, vinagar, onion, soy and seasonings.
mix these together until they form a well mixed burger goo....... and then separate a burger size in one hand and shape it into the burger. Grill on the george foreman until nicely browned and bon apetit!!!!
These are seriously tasty and very filling. I have made eaten them with bread when not low carb and added sauce, when low carb I eat them alone,
