stimulant? oh shit!!1 i just took my last dose as i read to take a dose before bed and it will increse gh while sleeping. oh boy hoe its not a long night.
one thing i do notice is i got a huge pump today even after i have been cutting carbs a bit and benched the 110s today for 25 reps. so i did feel stonger. and im still fuller and fell semi pumped like 6 hr later.
placebo? maybe but who cares....as long as it happens!!!!

I just ordered two cases off phil. Cant wait to get them as I've heard so much about them.

I'm heading off backpacking around africa for a month pretty soon so I'm hoping to use the first case to help prevent muscle loss while on my trip (as I dont think I'm gonna get to eat all that much). It's also more convenient than carrying around a huge tub of protein powder. The glycerine will also help keep my muscles hydrated in the heat.
