Sci-Fit kre-alkalyn measurement

I have some kre-alkalyn in powder form from Sci-Fit and all it says is one serving is a gram. It does not say what kind of measurement equals a gram. Without weighing it, what kind of teaspoon measurement would yield approximately a gram?

bump...Anyone know? I guess I could always e-mail them and ask. Why the hell wouldn't they put a damn measuring utensil in the bottle. I shoulda bought the pill version.

have the same stuff, I had some other creatine that was the same consistency and 5 grams of that was 1 teaspoon, so I just use 1 teaspoon a day of the sci-fit

i believe you should use a special spoon, 1.7CC IMO
