Anyone have any success with hand held self massagers for syntherol use?

Any specific device recommendations?

Never really thought of that before, might give that a go next time - thanks, and i def agree with Big A on it needing to have a fair bit of power, to deeply massage the muscle.

pvc pipe.
after pinning syntherol just massage the muscle out by rolling it out on a pvc pipe.

Edit: just saw when this thread was created LOL.. and im assuming halflife has figured something out by now. but for those of you who are new to syntherol.. a pvc pipe does wonders.

just curious... i have never done syntherol and never plan on it... but there is this guy at my gym that competes... and he told me he was doing it... and i was just asking him questions like do you message it after you do it... and lift some light reps to get a good pump to spread it out evenly.... and he said no... that this is new stuff and that he injects 3ccs to start with.. not working his way up to 3 ccs... is he just retarded.. or are there some types of synthol that doesn;t need to be massaged... cause from what i gathered he is retarded.. but i didn;t wanna tell him that

I really wonder how he is is STARTING from 3ml, because even at 1ml it was quite painful in the beginning and I really hope he starts massaging and performing some high volume/light reps after injections because if he doesn't he may notice lumps starting to form...

I'm curious as to where he got all his usage advice from, since every forum I have seen has Big A's protocol for Syntherol usage on it. Even the Synthetek website does as well.

If he hasn't read it you should seriously implore him to do so and point him in that direction ASAP.
