SEO can be a great thing for many when used correctly...You're simply stretching the fascia the muscle is contained in and allow for more growth. I just don't get why some of the dudes hide it when it's obvious to others that actually KNOW they did...I really don't, unless they're worried about comp. or similar

ProfessionalMuscle was made to be a hardcore body building board. Why bullshit around the bush?

I met him, ronnie, and nasser way back in the day. I was most impressed with flex. Dudes arms are so wide from the front. Ha his arms are almost round. He was my favorite bodybuilder.
