I've been wondering, consider the objective of Site Enhancing Oils or SEO's (Syntherol, etc.) is to enlarge a given muscle, not that I would ever even consider thinking about the use of such a thing. Me, Never!
As most of you know, in order to accomplish this one must pin the muscle w/ a SEO on daily basis, following a specific regimen (with gradually increasing dosages over the course of usually for 1 month). The aim is to stretch the fascia that ensheaves the muscle (which can be a major limiting factor for growth in many muscles, most noteably calves.) Once the fascia is stretched with the SEO, the cells within the muscle now have room to grow and expand. And the manufacturer's claim that if the SEO administration regimen is followed up a proper anabolic environment (nutrition, gear, training, etc.) the muscle cells should fill up the new space within inflated muscle as the SEO dissipates over time.
My thinking is this - One of the few kinds of aas that should honestly produce site enhancement growth is pure testosterone, that is, in the form of test suspension. Esters of testosterone, whether it be prop, enan, cyp, et al., would NOT be very effective b/c the testosterone in a testosterone ester is completely inert until the ester group is cleaved off of it by an esterase enzyme. And with only 2% of the body's esterase is in muscle and the other 98% is in the blood most of the testosterone ester is diffused into the and swept away by the bloodstream b4 the esterase does it's thing. Hence, the newly emancipated testosterone molecule is free to attach itself to a receptor someplace else in the body.
THEREFORE (I'm getting to my point finally), why not use test suspension injected into the newly inflated muscle to induce hypertrophy of the muscle cells. But regular water based suspension would be a poor choice in an hydrophobic oil-filled environment as it would not mix well. HOWEVER, OIL-based test suspension should be the PERFECT choice of gear as a follow up to a SEO regimen to create solid muscle tissue. This test suspension should easily mix in the oil that bathes and surrounds each cell in the the muscle and these muscles be the first to be exposed to the pure hypertrophy-inducing test which will attach itself to their androgen receptors.
In fact, I would hypothesize that alternating a month of SEO administration with a month or two or more of oil-based test suspension (along with a tad of IGF administration for hyperplasia for maximum effect) should produce the most dramatic and ever-increasing size to a given muscle, a muscle composed of true, hard contractile tissue, in the fastest time possible.
So, what are your thoughts, my brothers, on my hypothesis? Or am I just full of shit.:star-;ars
