sex drive/medication problem help!!

i hope this questions is fine for the boards if not some1 please let me know and i will edit the thread

hey guys i have been recently prescribed opana (oxymorphone i think is the chemical name) which is a pain killer opiate (im pretty sure) dont have too much knowledge about any of this but i have 3 herniated discs from a car accident earlier this yr and the doc finally prescribed me something as the old advil/tylenol trick has lost its effects..
anyways my problem is i recently realized that when i take the opana ( im prescribed 20mg 2x a day) for the next 6 hrs or so i have lowered sex drive and problems getting it up. but heres the worst part i cant come.. i can not have an orgasm!! i just realized this as i just broke up with my girl ( we were having no sex what so ever hence the break up and i just had no sex drive as is) but now im single ive been with 3 girls in the past 3 weeks and everytime we have sex i just cant finish/cum whatever! i have to fuckin fake it!! lol this happens 90% of the time but other times ive been able to cum or after i faked it the first time and go at it a second time like 20mins later im able to cum? so what the hell! SO just a few hours ago i left work (im a bouncer) with a girl ive been seeing and we finally had sex but i just couldnt cum so i of course faked it but she could tell!! how embarrassing!! lol so i ended up convincing her i did come i think at least but fuck this has to stop!

the opana i seem to like and is helping me with my pain and what not and im using cialis/viagra to get it up if i know ill be with a girl but fuck im not enjoying my sex and these girls are just so damn fine its a waste! guys i know this is a weird question but im sure some of you are prescribed pain killers/muscle relaxants (although im not sure which exactly causes this problem just opiates or what?) like i said im not educated with this stuff at all ive never been prescribed a pain killer..
so please if anyone knows how to combat this please help.. im soooooo happy now just enjoying going out talking with girls but im just not having fun in the bed since im just not horny and cant come.. i really need your guys' help! its like a waste even hooking up with these girls im not horny at all when we hook up i just dont have that same "feeling" this is very frustrating.
and yes its def from the pill as ive gone a day without and was sooooo horny and i had that "spark" come back to me i just wish i could still have that while taking the opana! any info is appreciated guys.. and for those of you recomending to just take the pill 6hrs prior to having sex ive noticed that even after a dose from 9hrs prior of 20mg i still had the problem!

Whats going on bro. So i have never heard of that medication but i can tell you how pain killers work. Our bodies naturally produce opiates. This is how we combat pain. The opiates go into the pain receptors blocking the actual pain from happening. Obviously taking an opiate(pain killer) puts more opiates into your system blocking more receptors thus eliminating pain. With that said, how thy work aside think of it this way, if you cant feel the pain of 3 herniated discs, which is fucking painful I know, how much sensation do you think you are going to feel from the "warm wet embrace". Listen talk to your Dr about what is going on. There are alot of other medications out there. Christ a lower dose opiate like 5mg percs 5mg vics. Tramadol is a non opiate, see if any of these make a difference for you. Also, if you have just started taking the med not that long ago give your body time to adjust. You will build up a tolerance to this medication and after awhile you might see these effects go away. Good luck bro, and in the mean time leave the hotties to the rest of us, sure we will enjoy!

toasty thanks so much for the post means a lot.. im going to see my doc this week and ask him about this but your totally right i never even thought of it this way! i think a lot of it is in my head as well since my ex would rush me to cum she wasnt into sex much or maybe i just suckeed? lol i know im not retarded and know what im doing but she totally got in my head..im going to try andjust relax and enjoy what im doing.
and i have heard of tramadol i will mention this to my doc..im suprised he prescribed me something so strong to be honest but my pain level is was def. through the roof and i think he realized this.
