Now that I'd be interested in. What dose do you use?I use it because it helps make ubiquinol/CQ10 more effective for heart health. I've never heard of or noticed anything in terms of anabolic effects. I do notice soms very mild benefits for the heart though.

Which brand? They have analyzed a number of these products and some have had alarming levels of heavy metals. So it seems you really need to trust the product. I would trust the patented Shilajit as far as being heavy metal free but then the question is what is it exactly and how do they "clean" it up.I take it everyday.
