Whats the name of the exersize where you hook a rope attachment up to a low pulley or cable row and one then process to row with elbows towards ears? is this a good for rear delts? I would have tried to youtube it but forgot the name of them.
Facepulls. They really target the lower traps, which extend all the way down between the shoulderblades. I started doing them because I was constantly pulling a muscle around my shoulderblades and would get terrible knots that would keep me from working out for days. After a month of doing facepulls, the problem went away.
