Should I start with AdeX?

Dear PM members..I'm 39 years old and have many cycles behind me...but after all my experiences and my age I've decided to stay on year long...my decision was to go on all year long with less amounts of AAS. So I'm doing now ( 5months already) 250 test e & 200 primo weekly. My concern is about the estrogen, do you guys think that I should start taking a low dosage of adex to prevent any gyno issues in the future...? Thanks for all the responses!

i like adex, and I think you can use a small dose and see some benefits.

It's not much test and docs don't prescribe an AI for trt patients.

You should get some blood work done just so you know how your body reacts. Now, if your E2 is elevated then a small dose of any AI of your choice will bring the numbers back down. Now, the sweet spot for E2 levels varies individually you just going to have to find that magic number for yourself and listen to what your body is telling you.
