start off with pendulums and passive stretching. then start adding internal and external rotation and extension and flexion with some light tubing and try to add a few reps or resistance every 2-3 weeks. thats what i was doing for the first 6 weeks i was outa my sling after my shoulder surgery, then i started adding ITYs with some more aggressive stretching. the key is to not rush into anything, let everything heal but at the same time u gotta do something to lightly stress the area to promote better recovery. if you want the full rehab program my therapist gave me just message me and i'll send it to you.
