Shoulder Iniury/ Workout Adjustment

I strained my shoulder doing some dumbbell presses. I’m planning to give my shoulder a rest for at least a week. Aside from doing legs and cardio, what do you do for an extended period of time when you need to keep your arm immobilized?

I was looking for exactly the same thing. I've messed my shoulder too and I'm trying to give it a rest. So far I'm avoiding upper body exercises with weight, especially bench presses or anything that strains my shoulders. I can still manage cable pull-downs for triceps, hight reps, low weight perfect form. But yeah I'm struggling, input would be appreciated.
