hi,bro,i train since 1986 but until two years i have put more mass.1.74 cm and 92 kgs in the pic but my coach say i need to put more mass in extern delt but i do a lot of exercies slowly with small weight and i train them on monday and on wednesday for 5 sets extern .5 set back shoulder and 5 to the front shoulder but they don't get the volume i expect.do you think synthol is the solution or another product.i took 200 mg tren enanthate and 500 mg boldone per week.please help me.

have you tried igf? or pgf2a/pgcl????

I hate synthol, i would hate oil in my muscle tissue, i'd try the above first.....
 
Syntherol can be a good solution here. Yuo'll need to follow Big A's protocol exactly as it's written out. After a bit of time on maintenance, yuo can repeat the protocol.

Used this myself for a similar situation, had no problems at all, and was pleased with the result.

If yuo do an Advanced Search there's a competition photo I posted a few years back when I joined Pro Muscle. My delts are significantly better than in that photo after once through on Big A's protocol.

TB, I think if you have been training for this long you are not going to add that much mass to specific areas, as Dad said maybe doing the synthol would be a good idea in your case, probably doing it just before a show but giving it enough time for the swelling/redness to go away.

The pics from the show look good, how did you place in that show?
 
hi,sampson in this show my place was 4 th in France contest but i was more lean than others and my weight was 84 kg 1.74 m.

YOU NEED some width on the lateral side od the delt. Syntherol could help here. By the looks of the 1st pic you whip yourself into great contest shape form theo other two pics.
 
3 sets heavy strict laterals for some time will do the trcik anything more is overtraining since you hit dealts pretty hard with chest...
 
TB, synthol is great, it helped bring up my lagging left delt due to crebral palsey, but i think your training is the culprit. shoulders are used in back/chest/tri work so over doing it with set after set of delts using light wieght is maybe overkill. try heavier weight strict reps less sets.....
 
worked 4 me

my routine worked 4 me,maybe it will 4 u.4sets heavy compound,ie.4sets seated milatary.175 x 6 x4-6sets.seated hammersmiths x4sets,max you can do]the v bar used
for seated rows,use instead at a standing position over on the cable crossovers150-200lbs.pull the v bar up 2 the chin.the bottom of the v towards the chest.the open top of the v outwards.for some reason this hits my rear delts very well.finish with cable crossovers.grip the handle so that the weight goes out from you[light weight20lbs.]finish up with 15-20lbs rear delt raises[bentover]

I would not necessary use less reps on isolation movments such as lateral/front raises, just A LOT less sets ...

Synthol may help too
