If my memory serves me correctly, I think he had some internal bleeding problem that even a hospital visit couldn't fix. Rumor was that cortisol blockers did him in.

I can't remember correctly but I believe he had a stomach ulcer that would not stop bleeding from all the cytadren he was taking.

Munzer died from a combination of an ongoing problem in his liver, and an overdose of potassium at the hospital, the same may Momo Benaziza died. Way too depleted and dehydrated, they suffered terrible cramping and were taken to hospital. The normal treatment for this is IV solution to re-hydrate and potassium to alleviate cramping. Aldactone and Dyazie are potassium sparing diuretics, causing levels to skyrocket! Doctors do not check the potassium levels prior, as a normal person would never have extreme levels in their system. His liver AND kidneys failed and he was bleeding internally, and his body did not recover from the surgery to control the bleeding, as his potassium levels caused his blood to thicken.

Uh...yes. I think so. Surprised not all the competitors are backstage wired up to EKG's and monitors. Maybe these organizations should have a lab for bloodwork close by.

Seriously, why don't these organizations do something? Put some measures in place? Not talking about banning substances. But monitoring athletes.
