sick as hell!!

This sucks....I got some kind of flu bug christmas eve and I have not been able to keep anything down. It got better last night then this morning back to the toilet. I am up for my weekly injects and to tell you the truth I do not feel like taking them. Ive been trying to sip pedalyte and water but that even messes with my stomach. I dont want to fuck up my plasma levels by not taking my shot though. I know Im probably gonna hear stop being a pussy and take them, but I just feel rotten. Any ideas?

I dont think thats a bad idea...

Missing one week of injections is not that big a deal. Wait till your feeling better. Sometimes you need an outside source to help you through sickness. We as bodybuilders tend to be a little extreme. I dont think youll really have any probs missing the inj for the week.
